Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a contract position in Reno, NV to support our data center operations onsite. You will receive deliveries, manage materials, and ensure secure storage while coordinating shipments between sites. The role runs Monday–Friday, 1st shift, 100% onsite.

Pay is $32–$38 per hour on W2, negotiable by experience. Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, weekly scans, cycle counts, RTS transactions, data center material returns, and creating physical

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries in the data center and secure storage.
• Expedite shipments and verify materials.
• Maintain and organize storage areas; create physical project pallets.
• Pull, prep, and coordinate shipment of materials between sites/warehouses.
• Support and escalate emergent DC Ops material requests and other urgent needs.
• Conduct weekly inventory scans and cycles counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform RTS (return to stock) transactions and post-project RTS activities.

Akkodis is seeking an Logistics Coordinator for a Contract position with a client located in Reno, NV. We are looking to add an additional site logistics contractor to support our data centers.

Pay Range: $32/hr - $38/hr on W2 (The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Work Setup: Onsite, Monday–Friday - 1st Shift 100% Onsite

• Receives deliveries in the data center, physically & Systematically
• Receiving Devices
• Consumables
• Ensuring Materials are secured and stored accordingly at the time of delivery
• Expediting shipments or physical material verification, ad hoc, through warehouses
• Maintain and organize storage areas
• Create Physical Project Pallets
• Pull, Prep, and coordinate shipment of Materials for Movement to other sites/warehouses
• Support and appropriately escal t e emergent DC Ops material requests and other miscellaneous requests. urgent matters
• Inventory Accuracy Activities
• Weekly Inventory Scans (Devices)
• Cycle Count (w/in the NGC Inventory as scheduled per ABC Analysis)
• Discrepancy onsite/warehouse deep dives
• Physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS)
• RTS Rack Transactions
• Post-Project Unused Material RTS
