Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a 12 Months Contract in Phoenix, AZ. The role is 3 days onsite and 2 days remote based on business need, offering pay of $40-43/hr on W2.

You will execute transactional sourcing, ensure data integrity in contract systems, and support strategic initiatives aligned with the Global Sourcing plan. Collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead commodity management activities and supplier negotiations.
• Prepare, route, and upload Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Draft unilateral letters, novations, assignments, and assumptions in partnership with Legal and Contracts teams.
• Review supplier amendments prior to execution to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit compliance documentation, including:
• Extended Terms Requests (ETRs)
• Fair & Reasonable Price Justifications (FRPJs)
• Develop and distribute RFQ packages, including drawings and supporting documentation.
• Execute vendor master additions, changes, and material master updates.
• Analyze part demand, forecasts, and historical receipt data.
• Upload and maintain supplier documentation within contract management systems.
• Initiate Should-Cost Engineering (SCE) analysis requests.
• Extract and analyze platform-level sourcing data.
• Resolve Purchase Order (PO) and Supplier Portal issues through contract management systems.
• Support, execute, and analyze CID and BAA content assessments.

Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist with strong negotiation skills and a business-focused mindset to support key sourcing and procurement initiatives. This role is part of a global, execution-focused sourcing organization responsible for maintaining and optimizing the supplier base while driving critical business KPIs.

The successful candidate will execute transactional sourcing activities, ensure compliance and data integrity within supplier contract management systems, and support strategic initiatives aligned with the Global Strategic Sourcing Annual Operating Plan. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Commodity Management

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Passion for learning, process improvement, and driving operational excellence.
