• Maintain inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and manage reorders to avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to optimize logistics and meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders ship and deliver on time.
• Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot delivery and scheduling issues to minimize delays.
• Support efforts to improve logistics workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively over-the-phone, through e-mail and face to face.
• Capacity to recognize when action is necessary and to implement the required actions within a reasonable time.
• Aptitude to prioritize workflow in order to use time effectively.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations in order to calculate transit times.
• Competency to use discretion and good judgment.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the logistics involved in coordinating material deliveries to managing inventory and dispatch schedules. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our production, procurement, and project management teams to ensure materials and equipment arrive on-site on time, supporting efficient job completion and client satisfaction. Must be able to exercise discretion and use independent judgement in booking appropriate carrier, negotiating carrier rates, and resolving \"problem: loads\". Must manage transportation arrangements from pre-pickup through delivery. Must be able to communicate with shippers, carriers, and your team members. Ability to build and maintain carrier relationships
