The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with logistics leadership, warehouse teams, sourcing contacts, suppliers, and customers to help ensure shipments are accurate, cost‑effective, and delivered on time. Responsibilities

• Prepare and process international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, CARICOM documentation, bills of lading, airway bills, S.E.D. forms, manifests, and related export paperwork.
• Receive and manage customer quote requests, provide shipment details, and support competitive pricing and freight coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sourcing, customers, and suppliers to confirm item availability, shipment timing, routing, and freight requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and shipment communication in MAGAYA software.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to confirm satisfaction and resolve shipment‑related questions.
• Support special projects for new and existing customers and complete additional logistics administration duties as assigned.
