Job summary

Brinlow Partners in Austin is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a fully on-site team, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. You’ll manage shipments from booking to delivery, coordinate warehouse resources, and liaise with carriers and drivers to meet delivery windows.

Experience in logistics support, inventory control, dispatch services, and strong MS Office or logistics software skills are preferred. A practical, proactive communicator is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics support, inventory control, administration or dispatch services.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with transport vendors, drivers and internal managers.
• Ability to manage several shipments without losing track of delivery windows.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or logistics management software.
• A practical approach to solving routing problems and following through on daily tasks.
• You don't need to have held a Logistics Coordinator title previously, but some experience in an operational working environment would be beneficial.

Position: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Experience: Previous supply chain, inventory, or coordination experience preferred

Our Austin-based business works with clients across retail, telecommunications, hospitality and consumer services, managing supply chains and freight operations that support their wider business objectives.

We're expanding our logistics team and have an opening for a Logistics Coordinator. This position offers the chance to gain experience across different client accounts while working in a structured, collaborative warehouse and office environment.

How You'll Spend Your Week
