• Communicate directly with carriers, warehouse leads, and transport vendors regarding shipment schedules and delivery specs.
• Track shipment progress, warehouse space utilization, and transit-related results.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure dock locations, freight assets, loading schedules, and daily site requirements are prepared.
• Participate in supply chain briefings and reviews, sharing operational observations and supporting workflow improvements.
