You will help maintain freight records, prepare shipping briefs, monitor transit times, and coordinate with warehouse teams to align loading schedules and transport requirements. The position offers hands-on coaching and opportunities for professional growth.

• Monitor delivery transit times and inventory results and identify relevant performance trends.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to keep supplies, loading schedules, and transport requirements aligned.
• Support carrier communication and assist with defined shipment or inventory issues.
• Participate in logistics syncs and morning briefings, documenting priorities and following up on agreed actions.

Work Setting: Fully on-site in McAllen, TX. Local daily commute required; remote options are not available.

Managing Logistics Day to Day

• Maintain freight records, dispatch schedules, carrier updates, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare shipping briefs, bill of lading documentation, freight reports, and manifest materials.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to keep supplies, loading schedules, and transport requirements aligned.
