Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Houston, TX, onsite. The position is a Direct Hire role with standard business hours (M–F, 8–5). Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, DOE, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

The role requires 2–5 years in the resin industry, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Preference for a Bachelor’s in supply chain or related field and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in the resin industry (domestic preferred).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track customer orders in the ERP, and send order confirmations.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Prepare shipment documents (BOL, COA, CI, PL) and follow up on delivery claims.
• Set up new customers in the ERP.

Position: Logistics Coordinator

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Hours: M - F 8 - 5pm

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 / Annually DOE

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Summary: Handle orders from receipt to delivery, coordinate shipping, prepare documents, and resolve delivery issues.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and track customer orders in the ERP, and send order confirmations
• Keep an order summary updated for the commercial team
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Track railcars and make sure empties are returned on time
• Prepare shipment documents (BOL, COA, CI, PL)
• Follow up on delivery claims until resolved
• Set up new customers in the ERP

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in the resin industry (domestic preferred)
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent English communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple orders and deadlines

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
• ERP experience
