Manages the day-to-day procurement operations, processes purchase orders, and coordinates deliveries between internal teams and suppliers
Order Processing: Generates, reviews, and tracks purchase orders, requisitions, and change orders for accuracy.
Vendor Coordination: Communicates with suppliers to request price quotes, negotiate basic terms, and confirm delivery schedules.
Problem Resolution: Investigates and resolves delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or invoice and billing issues.
Record Keeping: Maintains updated pricing, vendor databases, and complete purchasing files or reports.
Internal Support: Collaborates with internal departments (like shipping, warehouse, or finance) to make sure departmental needs are met.
