Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Greenville, SC is seeking candidates for an in-office role focused on customer service and sales in a fast-paced freight environment. You will manage high-volume calls, negotiate with transportation partners, and help ensure on-time pickup and delivery.

The role requires 1+ year customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and excellent organization. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, and employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation partners to move freight at favorable and competitive pricing.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution.
• Communicate with internal sales teams and transportations partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.
• Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems.
