Job summary

Join TQL in Cincinnati as a Logistics Coordinator. You will train to become a logistics expert, coordinating assets with transportation partners to move freight while supporting sales teams. The role emphasizes a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will interact with internal teams, negotiate rates, and manage daily shipment activities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, and in-office work is expected.

• Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation partners to move freight at favorable and competitive pricing
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution
• Communicate with internal sales teams and transportation partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
• Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems

As a Logistics Coordinator for TQL, you will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in the world of logistics and supply chain. After completing training, you will be responsible for working with our transportation partners to find and coordinate available assets to ship and move our customers’ freight. You will become the go-to-support to help our sales teams manage their accounts and directly grow the company.
