Job description

General Description:

Responsible for providing computer services/support to USI offices and clients. This role primarily manages warehouse daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome delivery trucks
• Receive and track shipments
• Embark merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools
• Handle fragile merchandise carefully
• Track and document shipment arrival and departure times
• Tag and label merchandise
• Stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type
• Box, wrap, and pack merchandise following procedures and standards
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Record and manage damaged merchandise
• Operate merchandise management tools (e.g., forklift)
• Enter data in inventory and logistics software
• Configure computer equipment for shipment and wipe configurations for reuse/disposal
• Perform other duties as assigned

Cyber Security Responsibilities:

• Operate in accordance with USI Policies (PISP) and Standards (SISP)
• Stay updated with security updates and implement improvements
• Protect systems against unauthorized access by defining access appropriately
• Upgrade systems with security and technical controls

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Forklift Operation Certification (preferred)
• Experience as a Warehouse Worker
• Experience with inventory and logistics software
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ServiceNow (a plus)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
