Join an outstanding team in Singapore at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Logistics Associate II.

Job Responsibilities

1. Reports to Team Lead Site Services or above
2. Serve as the direct point of contact for couriers regarding shipping, tracking, receiving, and reporting concerns related to inbound and outbound supply shipments.
3. Track and follow up on all 3PL sample shipments and general shipments.
4. Review and report daily supply order delays to the Project Management team or designee.
5. Participate in courier operational meetings and report any issues or concerns regarding courier operations to the Senior Level/Team Lead/Manager.
6. Support site services logistics coordinators.
7. Coordinate review and necessary actions on custom reports, including requests, reviews, and follow-ups.
8. Assist in investigating and resolving Quality Events, such as delayed or missing shipments and courier failures.

Requirements

• Excellent client and phone service skills.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principles affecting specimens and results; intermediate computer literacy.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to support quality decision-making.
• Proven negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client protocols and study data.
