Inbound Logistics Coordinator - Indianapolis, INDIANA-BASED

Join us as an Inbound Logistics Coordinator at BOBST, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of inbound and replenishment flows within our transformed supply chain for the Services and Performance Business Unit (BUSP).

BOBST, a leader in the packaging industry, is committed to innovation, digitalization, and sustainability. We centralize storage and shipment of spare parts for the Americas in Indianapolis, and we are seeking a dedicated professional to support our logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Resolve inbound disputes with local suppliers and overseas replenishments, managing associated actions.
  • Handle internal requests related to inbound activities.
  • Document and maintain all litigation flows using our internal tools.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including warehouse teams, European factories, local suppliers, transportation, purchasing, and procurement to monitor and resolve inbound logistics disputes.
  • Define and deploy governance models for monitoring inbound supply chain performance, based on predefined indicators.
  • Optimize inbound processes from both system and process perspectives.
  • Support the Quality Control Manager in managing customer returns.
  • Assist with project initiatives such as ISO certification and new ERP software integration.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP, WMS, TMS is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and act decisively.
