Job summary

Imperative Logistics Group in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Associate to manage bookings, coordinate shipments, and communicate with our network of airlines, cargo handlers, and delivery agents. You will provide pricing information, consultative sales, and effective transportation solutions.

In this fast-paced role you will handle high-volume inquiries, prepare quotes, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate documentation and strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist drivers, agents, and carriers with information as needed.
