The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred 1 year of warehouse experience. Strong English, MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year transportation or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify daily sort plan configuration and communicate hourly volumes and sorter status to Supervisors and Managers.
• Perform virtual sorter maintenance and acknowledge faults in BeOS/BESSVIEW systems.
• Coordinate downtimes for repairs with automation technicians and management.
• Ensure sorter efficiency by completing pre-sort checks and daily priming of conveyors; monitor and control operations.
• Monitor camera system for jams and report issues to managers and technicians.
• Document all trailer arrivals and maintain control logs and paperwork.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are followed.
