Job summary

DHL eCommerce in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, unload, sort, and stage mail and parcels. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain accurate receiving records, and ensure shipments are properly documented.

The role requires basic English proficiency, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with safety and efficiency as priorities.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required or 6 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written instructions and verify documents.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load shipments at the dock door using pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Sort and stage products by mail type.
• Check shipment contents and invoices against bills of lading.
• Seal open envelopes and maintain receiving records.
• Operate industrial trucks such as forklifts and flat beds.
