You will review and validate purchase orders, including government/military contracts, to ensure accuracy and compliance, acting as a liaison between departments to gather information for contract approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• 2+ years of success in a fast-paced, detail-oriented logistics environment reviewing purchase orders for accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus where accuracy matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working under deadlines with repetitive processes.
• Highly ethical, accountable and structured in approach.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate incoming purchase orders, including government/military contracts.
• Identify risks and contract issues, elevate for resolution, and ensure compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to gather required information for contract approvals.
• Manage documentation and support audits for industry compliance.
• Ensure timely, accurate communication with internal teams and external customers.
