Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking an Assistant Contract Manager to support warehouse operations, contract administration, and performance management. The role involves inventory control, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and transportation coordination in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with WMS, KPI tracking, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. A strong background in logistics and communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum three years of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or contract operations experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Understanding of contract administration and performance management; experience with WMS, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of warehouse operations.
• Support execution of PWS/SOW and contractual requirements.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and training warehouse staff.
• Promote safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize material flow and space utilization.
• Coordinate with WMS and reporting activities.
• Address customer concerns and maintain relationships.
