Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Specialist to manage outbound shipments and coordinate inbound deliveries within a warehouse setting. The role reports to the Assistant Contract Manager and requires ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with transportation plans.

You will maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS), verify inventories, and lead dock crews to meet deadlines. Forklift certification is required or obtainable within 30 days, with flexible hours and a focus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years shipping/receiving clerk or dock supervisor experience; military logistics exposure preferred.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Proficiency in data entry, manifest verification, and navigating WMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handle outbound quantity updates.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Specialist to verify inventory and space in shipping bays.
• Verify outbound orders against manifests, invoices, or DA Form 3161.
• Prepare and maintain records of goods shipped/received (bills of lading, manifests).
• Direct and coordinate Order Fillers on shipping docks and staging lanes.
• Coordinate with Medium Truckdrivers to verify route manifests and safety seals.
