Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Contract Manager to support the Program Manager in warehouse and logistics operations.

The role handles inventory management, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, transportation coordination, QA, and reporting to meet contract requirements and safety standards. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, recruiting and training staff, maintaining safety compliance, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring timely deliveries while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or contract operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of warehouse operations.
• Support execution of Performance Work Statement (PWS), Statement of Work (SOW), and contractual requirements.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and training warehouse employees.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to supervisors and staff.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the warehouse; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor contract performance metrics and KPIs; optimize space and material flow.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure timely deliveries.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and escalate issues as needed.
• Review invoices, receiving docs, delivery records, and inventory reports.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
