Job summary

Hub Group is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee quarterly client audits and internal process reviews, while training and coaching local staff to support terminal operations. You will drive metrics reporting and partner with leadership to ensure timely, value-added service for customers.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards, with collaboration across managers to implement corrective actions and ensure efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and maintains a high energy level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform quality audits and drive improvements.
• Ability to pass forklift and hazardous certifications yearly.
• Ability to lift and pull cargo up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Ability to read and understand industry documents.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily pre-shift/safety meetings to outline SOPs, Quality, or Training Topics
• Monitor problem lane segments and corrective action compliance
• Assist with the training / onboarding of new hires
• Assist with retraining and quality performance evaluation of current employees
• Investigate customer damage concerns for root cause analysis
• Ensure all company SOPs are adhered to
• Report safety concerns or forklift damages to a manager/supervisor
• Collaborate with local managers on corrective action plans
• Must be willing to work various shifts and days as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
