Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• Equivalent education and logistics experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transportation and distribution compliance metrics against customer requirements and company standards.
• File and manage freight claims from initiation through resolution with documentation and carrier communication.
• Analyze trends in freight claims, shortages, damages, and delivery exceptions and recommend corrective actions.
• Audit freight invoices, bills of lading, proof of delivery, and carrier performance data for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis on transportation service failures and customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations, distribution centers, suppliers, and carriers on corrective actions.
• Support customer compliance programs by reviewing routing instructions and shipment accuracy.
• Maintain records of claims activity, investigations, recoveries, and actions.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, freight claims, and compliance trends.
