Job summary

Transportation Insight LLC seeks a Logistics Analyst to support incident management across the supply chain. You will perform data-entry follow-ups with carriers and clients, gather documentation, and summarize key facts for review.

You will drive closure using corrective action plans and identify trends to improve client operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential as you work with a global team and contribute to incident resolution

Qualifications

• Associates degree or comparable work experience.
• Experience with data entry and incident management.
• Experience using Excel and/or SharePoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry Follow-up (email and phone) with transportation carriers
• Follow-up (email and phone) with clients
• Gather and organize all relevant documentation to support incidents under review
• Summarize information to concisely convey key facts
• Review of open incidents and use corrective action plans to drive to closure
• Identify and review trends in the client's market place
• Participation and leadership of materials shared on conference calls
