Job summary

Copeland LP in Missouri seeks a Logistics Analyst to provide analytical and operational support for transportation and logistics across the business unit. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field; 3+ years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related field.
Experience analyzing freight spend, costs, carrier performance, and KPIs.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and dashboard development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Ability to collaborate across operations, customer service, planning, procurement, trade compliance, and 3PLs.
US work authorization; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

Support transportation and logistics activities across the business unit by partnering with DCs, manufacturing sites, customer service, planning, procurement, and Center-Led Logistics.
Develop and maintain a consolidated transportation performance view across plants and DCs, providing visibility to freight spend, service performance, capacity risks, and KPIs.
Monitor, analyze, and reconcile freight spend across carriers, sites, modes, and cost centers; identify trends, risks, and cost-reduction opportunities.
Develop and maintain recurring logistics reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards, including freight spend, transportation costs, service performance, budget-to-actual results, and savings opportunities.
Coordinate and support transportation escalations, expedited shipments, and service disruptions; serve as primary point of contact for logistics issues affecting customers or production.
Manage premium freight reporting and analytics, including reason-code tracking, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Measure and report compliance with routing guides, policies, and carrier programs; identify gaps and drive adherence improvements.
Develop carrier scorecards and support review processes to address service, cost, compliance, and execution issues.
Partner with DCs, sites, suppliers, and business teams to promote adoption of logistics processes and training on policies and tools.
Support data readiness, reporting requirements, and process standardization for Oracle implementations and enhancements.
Identify, quantify, and track logistics cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives; report benefits to leadership.
