Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or related field.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Certification in dangerous goods handling, cold chain logistics, forklift operation or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Break down, inspect, clean, and refurbish World Courier multi-use packaging for reuse.
• Review pickup reports in TMS and reserve packaging for scheduled client pickups.
• Condition PCMs in walk-in coolers, refrigerators, and freezers for temperature-controlled shipments.
• Download and process temperature monitor results in Coldstream and FileBound.
• Follow up with clients regarding return supplies, create return jobs, and coordinate pickups.
• Monitor packaging inventory daily to ensure adequate stock of packaging materials.
• Order supplies for low-stock items and coordinate shipment of overstock supplies.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift following safety procedures.
• Support warehouse organization and ensure packaging materials are stored properly.
• Maintain records related to packaging inventory, downloads, and return activities.
• Work with Operations and Dispatch to support shipment readiness and service execution.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and GDP/quality standards.
