Job summary

Cencora in the United States is seeking a logistics coordinator to support packaging refurbishment, temperature-controlled shipment readiness, and warehouse operations. You will work closely with Operations and Dispatch to ensure packaging supplies are stocked and shipments are prepared on time.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics or related fields, attention to GDP/quality standards, and forklift operation where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, customer care, supply chain support, or a related field.
• Certification in dangerous goods handling, cold chain logistics, forklift operation, licensure in commercial vehicle operation appropriate for assigned vehicle class and transported materials or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Break down, inspect, clean, and refurbish World Courier multi-use packaging for reuse in accordance with operational and quality standards
• Review pickup reports in TMS and reserve the appropriate packaging for scheduled client pickups
• Condition PCMs in walk-in coolers, refrigerators, and freezers to support temperature-controlled shipment requirements
• Download and process temperature monitor results in Coldstream and FileBound
• Follow up with clients regarding return supplies, create return jobs in the system, and coordinate return pickups with clients
• Monitor packaging inventory on a daily basis to ensure adequate stock levels of packaging supplies, temperature-control materials, and related supplies
• Order packaging supplies for low-stock items and coordinate the shipment of overstock supplies to other stations or locations as needed
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift while following safety procedures
• Support warehouse organization and ensure packaging materials are stored properly and are readily available for operations
• Maintain accurate records related to packaging inventory, monitor downloads, and return activities
• Work closely with Operations and Dispatch to support shipment readiness and service execution
• Follow applicable SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and GDP/quality standards
