Vektor Logistics, Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking a Customer Service representative to support transportation and logistics operations. You will handle customer and carrier inquiries, provide timely updates, and ensure a best-in-class experience while upholding SOPs and KPIs.

The role requires strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in related field.
• Minimum 2 years in transportation/logistics/supply chain industry (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and deliver independent results.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% based on needs.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer/carrier calls, chats, and emails promptly.
• Notate all calls and actions in appropriate systems (TMS, Teams).
• Perform routine tracking and tracing and update loads as necessary.
• Resolve minor load issues and provide solutions to site-related issues.
• Escalate larger customer, carrier, and load issues to the appropriate team member.
• Follow SOPs and maintain KPI and quality standards.
