Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment and deliver independent results.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% based on needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer/carrier calls, chats, and emails promptly.
• Notate all calls and actions in appropriate systems (TMS, Teams).
• Perform routine tracking and tracing and update loads as necessary.
• Resolve minor load issues and provide solutions to site-related issues.
• Escalate larger customer, carrier, and load issues to the appropriate team member.
• Follow SOPs and maintain KPI and quality standards.
