Job summary

Symbia Logistics seeks a Client Services Representative to advocate for our clients and coordinate with the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL background and excel in communication and organization.

This role is a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring accurate order processing and timely updates. You will be responsible for managing orders, changes, backorders, and inventory coordination, while preparing reports and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL is preferred.
• Acts as the main liaison between clients and operations.

Responsibilities

• Be a go getter and take initiative.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Manage order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory and shipment issues between Symbia and clients.
• Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
• Prepare activity reports as required by management and each client.
• Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests with urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.
