Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Representative to oversee end-to-end client orders, inbound shipments, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication, order tracking, issue resolution, and relationship building. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of 3PL and WMS experience, strong logistics background, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of 3PL experience and WMS experience are required.
• Strong logistics background and customer service or account management experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent English is required; Korean is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client orders and inbound shipments, overseeing the process to completion.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams, providing updates and resolutions.
• Monitor orders and shipments, keeping accurate system milestone updates for invoicing and closeout.
• Develop SOPs and train new customers on systems and processes.
