Job summary

Symbia Logistics in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Client Services Representative to be a strong advocate for our clients, handling orders, inquiries, and coordination between clients and our Operations team.

The role requires at least one year in a warehouse customer service environment, excellent communication, and familiarity with warehouse technology and MS Office; the position offers hourly pay between $20 and $30 and growth potential in a fast-paced 3PL setting.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, at least one year of experience in a warehouse customer service environment preferred, a 3PL environment is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with warehouse technology as well as MS Suite products.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a go getter! Take initiative when the opportunity presents itself.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients.
• Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
• Prepare activity reports as required by managements and each client.
• Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.
