The role emphasizes benefits operations, onboarding, and HR system support in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Prior Workday experience and strong customer service mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field of study.
• 0–2 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a fast-paced corporate environment; logistics or tech industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong advantage) and strong proficiency in Google Suite.
• Exceptional customer service mindset with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity when handling sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of Arrive's employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO).
• Support leave of absence administration (FMLA, Medical, USERRA, workers comp, etc.).
• Assist with daily benefits administration, invoicing, 401(k) and HSA funding, reporting and auditing.
• Support Workday reporting, business processes and SOP creation; assist with testing system builds.
