Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Client Success Associate in Tampa to manage daily load board activities, build and schedule loads, and track shipments with precise data entry. You will coordinate pickups with shippers and consignees, and maintain proactive communication with carriers and customers to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask in a high-pressure environment, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Polished written and verbal communication for updates to clients and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage load board daily: data entry, load building, scheduling, tracking, and closing loads.
• Build accurate loads for customer accounts and ensure timely updates.
• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers and consignees.
• Communicate with carriers and customers to reschedule as needed and provide tracking updates.
• Proactively inform customers of delays and work across departments to resolve issues.
