Arrive Logistics is seeking a Client Success Associate in Columbus, OH. You will manage daily operations for existing and new client accounts, focusing on load building, scheduling, tracking shipments, and delivering timely updates to internal teams and customers.

You’ll work to master foundational industry knowledge, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with BD and Carrier teams to provide best-in-class service. Competitive benefits and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage load board daily with data entry, scheduling, tracking, and closing loads.
• Build loads accurately and timely for customer accounts.
• Arrange pickups/deliveries with shippers/consignees in the network.
• Maintain proactive, timely updates with carrier reps and customers.
