Job summary

RemX is partnering with a growing logistics and transportation organization to hire a detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator in Irving, TX. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, supporting client accounts, resolving service issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, account management, or operations.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean and air export shipments and related activities for an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Partner with Account Managers to assist with invoicing, billing inquiries, and accounts receivable activities.
• Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to maintain visibility into account status and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with established processes, procedures, and service standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze reports, monitor trends, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Communicate company capabilities, services, and solutions to clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
