Responsibilities

• Ensure claims are received and submitted in a timely manner with follow-up on missing information and investigation of needed information.
• Compile information for notification of claims to carriers and insurance and perform regular follow-ups with adjusters, carriers and customers.
• Review claim submissions and verify the information.
• Oversee data entry and documentation for each claim until its completion.
• Assess next steps in the process based on information provided.
• Comply with federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
• Perform other clerical tasks, as required.
