Responsibilities include analyzing data for trends, coordinating with the Claims Manager and senior leadership on payment decisions, and ensuring timely resolution of claims. Reliable commute is required as this is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.

• Reliable transportation for daily office commute.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between JEAR, insurance provider and motor carrier.
• Collect and analyze documentation upon cargo loss notice.
• Prepare and present loss presentations to carrier and insurer.
• Identify loss trends and suggest countermeasures.
• Review contracts for customer, shipper or carrier obligations.
• Propose action plans to assigned brokers.
• Resolve claims, verify disputes/denials, and close claims timely.
• Communicate with customers on claim payments.
• Coordinate with Claims Manager, Director of Operations, COO and CFO on payments.
• Provide after-hours support as needed, sharing with other Coordinators.
