Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Logistics Leader to train and mentor staff across multiple warehouse functions. You will manage work allocation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure safe operations in a fast-paced Distribution Center.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-volume logistics, experience with SAP-WMS, and a proven ability to lead teams while maintaining compliance with SOPs and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and communication skills for managing multiple teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and slotting within the Logistics Center.
• Rotate staff between functions to meet workflow needs.
• Provide technical support and communicate across all levels in the Center.
