Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Logistics Lead to mentor and train staff across receiving, shipping, and inventory control within our Mississippi Logistics Center. You will allocate tasks, support workflow through a Warehouse Management System, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in high-volume logistics and a background in SAP-WMS/SOPs, plus an Associate or high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with computer systems, data entry, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Basic math skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work and tasks to teams across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, slotting within the Logistics Center.
• Rotate staff across functions to meet workflow needs.
• Provide technical support and communicate across all levels in the Logistics Center.
• Act as an extension of the manager, providing performance feedback to leadership.
• Answer questions and provide solutions; serve as the knowledge base of information.
• Operate warehouse management system to support workflow (with training).
• Train and mentor employees as a SME.
• Possibly operate material handling equipment after training.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Sigma, Kaizen, ISO).
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Attend and meet attendance standards.
