Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Logistics Lead to guide multiple logistics functions in a fast-paced center. You will supervise and train staff across receiving, shipping, inventory control and slotting, while interfacing with management to resolve issues and optimize order flow.

The role requires experience in high-volume logistics, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate within Lean Sigma and SOP frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume logistics and warehouse operations.
• Ability to train and mentor employees.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under stress with deadlines.
• Basic arithmetic and data entry skills.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work to receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and slotting teams.
• Lead, train and mentor employees across logistics functions.
• Provide technical support and be the knowledge base for operations.
• Utilize WMS to manage workflow and troubleshoot issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Sigma, Kaizen).
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and meet attendance standards.
