Job summary

FedEx Freight in Northeast Ohio (Richfield Township area) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely track and trace of orders and to set up new carriers within an assigned region.

You will monitor load planning boards, coordinate with carriers, enter updates in the TMS, and communicate any service issues to the Sales Account Manager and Regional Operations Coordinator. A High School diploma and 0–1 year of customer service experience are required.

• Ability to learn and work with multiple computer systems.
• Pay range provided as a starting salary; actual pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors load planning boards.
• Communicates with carriers to ensure load status updates are posted in a timely manner.
• Enters status updates for all loads into TMS system.
• Communicates updates and/or service failures to Sales Account Manager and/or Regional Operations Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
