Job summary

TalentBridge in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Billing Specialist for a 6-month contract. You will review and analyze carrier freight bills, resolve billing errors, and facilitate the billing of orders to customers.

Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providers to obtain needed documentation and improve the billing cycle from bill to client payment, while delivering accurate, timely results.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in audit, AR, AP, or logistics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with internal/external teams to resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze carrier freight bills and resolve errors.
• Facilitate billing of orders to customers.
• Communicate with internal and external sources to resolve tasks.
