Qualifications

• Experience in AR and AP, invoicing, or transportation/logistics roles.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage settlement processes for the freight forwarding business.
• Maintain strong communications with customers and carriers.
• Prepare regular settlement status reports for SDSA management and HQ.
• Audit and improve settlement processes by developing automated workflows.
• Process customer billing on time according to policy for each division.
• Review and correct billing in access database as needed.
• Review essential freight documents that support charges for payment.
• Understand how Billing impacts P&L and use related accounting knowledge.
• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts.
• Engage with internal technologies for daily functions and ad-hoc reporting.
