Job summary

MindSource is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Billing Analyst for a 12-month contract in Plano, TX, with occasional work from Coppell when required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and onsite presence is expected.

You will handle customer invoices, audit freight bills, resolve billing discrepancies, support financial reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate revenue and payables. A Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in AP/AR, billing, invoicing, or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing (Accounts Receivable) accurately and within deadlines.
• Audit carrier freight invoices and interpret tariffs, rates, and contracts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and duplicate invoices.
• Prepare financial and operational reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
