Korean IT Consulting Company is seeking a Logistics Billing Analyst to join our Plano, TX team onsite. You will handle customer billing, review freight documents, and ensure accuracy across billing and reporting processes.

Role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, on a full-time basis with 401K and insurance benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in billing, AR/AP, customer service, or logistics functions preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and reconcile billing discrepancies.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overtime when business needs require.
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer billing (Accounts Receivable) accurately and within deadlines.
• Prepare billing correction forms using internal databases.
• Review freight documentation to ensure billing accuracy and support invoices.
• Audit carrier freight bills and validate charges against contracts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice issues.
• Use internal systems to support daily billing, reporting, and financial processes.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and balance sheet accounts for P&L support.
• Assist with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Create and maintain operational and financial reports, including ad-hoc requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and financial performance.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to billing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer billing (Accounts Receivable) accurately and within required deadlines in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Manage, analyze, and prepare billing correction forms using internal databases and systems.
• Review freight documentation to ensure billing accuracy and support invoice processing and payment activities.
• Audit carrier freight bills and validate charges against contracts, tariffs, and transportation agreements.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve billing discrepancies, duplicate charges, and invoice-related issues.
• Utilize internal systems and technologies to support daily billing, reporting, and financial processes.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and balance sheet accounts while supporting profit and loss management activities.
• Assist with budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial inspections, and related reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain operational and financial reports, including ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate billing and financial performance tracking.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to billing and financial operations.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), customer service, or logistics-related functions preferred.

• Knowledge of financial reporting, revenue analysis, and cost management concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.

• Ability to work overtime when business needs require.
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX and work from the Coppell, TX office when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Experience auditing freight invoices and carrier billing.
• Understanding of profit and loss (P&L) management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience working with ERP, freight management, billing, or accounting systems.
• Korean and English bilingual proficiency is a plus.
