Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a hands-on software commissioning specialist to oversee KiSoft WMS/WCS software functionality in warehouses, monitor systems, install software on Windows workstations, and provide on-site support for enhancement projects.

You will diagnose issues, manage incidents, changes, and ensure operational uptime, while collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver testing and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with software commissioning in warehouses is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Linux, Windows OS and database concepts.
• Ability to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WMS and WCS software functionality in a warehouse.
• Identify and resolve issues in WMS/WCS software applications.
• Monitor system hardware and software to ensure stability.
• Provide onsite support for Knapp’s WMS/WCS projects and testing phases.
• Train customers to utilize KiSoft capabilities and reports.
