Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics or distribution center preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work a maximum 40-hour week and flexible schedule.
• Associate’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP and EWM familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer defects on inventory.
• Monitor daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance and invoicing.
• Interact with the customer daily to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and review production, quality, safety, and staffing reports.
• Investigate and correct any quality related issues.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the customer and Quality Supervisor.
