Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is seeking an Inventory/Quality Analyst in Portland, OR. The role focuses on analyzing customer-reported defects, monitoring productivity and KPI performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while coordinating with the Boeing Aerospace operations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and systems such as SAP and EWM is expected; degree preferred but not required; 40-hour week; flexible schedule; associate

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics or distribution center environment preferred.
• Able to work a maximum 40 hour work week.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Moderate proficiency with office based software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Associate’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of customer reported defects on inventory
• Monitoring daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance and invoicing
• Interacting with the customer on a daily basis and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Expert in Microsoft Excel – Other systems: SAP & EWM
• Various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
• Investigate (and correct) any quality related issues
• Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor
