Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for performance, compliance and invoicing.
• Analyze transportation details to identify improvements, savings or efficiency.
• Oversee data integrity - review, classify, audit and record information in systems.
• Ensure processes comply with laws and regulations; seek guidance when needed.
• Develop metrics and templates; present information to customers or leaders.
• Review claims and root causes; present findings to stakeholders.
• Assist with responding to customer requests using transportation principles.
