Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related fields.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Basic logistics concepts including procurement, transportation management, operations, freight payment, and freight claims.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze logistics data to measure network performance.
• Benchmark inbound/outbound networks to improve efficiency.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of solutions that deliver productivity and delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with Materials and Distribution leaders to ensure continuous product flow.
• Review logistics processes to identify waste and lead improvement projects.
• Develop decision models for optimal logistics solutions.
• Design dashboards in Tableau to review network performance.
• Share best practices across logistics operations.
